Waikato Lift Services Ltd is owned and operated by Neil Trotter, Qualified Lift IQP Inspector. 

We are an independent Lift & Escalator Inspection Service Company based in Hamilton and cover Tauranga, Rotorua, Taupo & Whakatane Regions.

WLS provide Annual IQP Inspections on Passenger Lifts, Goods Lifts and Escalators and work with all recognised Lift and Escalator suppliers. We communicate directly with the building owners and/or representatives, providing Form 12a Certificates as part of the Building Warrant of Fitness process.
